A Review of Next To Normal (Broadway)
By Mina Kaye, August 08, 2010
I saw Next To Normal (Broadway) on 07/12/10. Overall, I'd say it was a 5-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “A tear-jerking work of genius!”
I had a mind-blowing time and left the show feeling astounded and speechless. I'd describe the show as heart-breaking, deep, and powerful. Alice ripley was a highlight of the show because she nailed the role of Diane flawlessly. If this were a movie, I'd rate it PG. I would recommend this show to everyone.
I saw this show because I heard so much about it and was curious to see it myself. I would see it again. I sat in the left orchestra area of the theater. The view was good and the seats were comfortable.
