I saw Jerusalem (Broadway) on 04/09/11. Overall, I'd say it was a 5-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “it was one of the best plays I've seen. It was engaging and thought-provoking, modern, hilarious.”
This play was incredible. Mark Rylance should win ALL of the 2011 Tonys, he was THAT good. On a more serious note, the show kept the audience engaged and interested for the entire 3-hour performance (which is quite a feat in my mind). The script was modern and funny, and I found myself trying to deconstruct what I had seen even hours after leaving the theater (it's not just a comedy, there are some serious undertones). The set is brilliant, the performances are incredible, and I feel like I need to see it again immediately. The only criticism I had was that there were some lines I couldn't hear over the laughing of the audience. Not too shabby.
