I saw Brief Encounter (Broadway) on 10/29/10. Overall, I'd say it was a 4-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “Brief Encounter is visually stunning.”
It was a beautiful production. Sad, but full of comic bits. It's good to see a love story that doesn't end happily. The visual effects were stunning. A lovely night at Studio 54.
