I saw Avenue Q (Off Broadway) on 05/25/08. Overall, I'd say it was a 4-star rating. I'd summarize it by saying “One of the most fresh, funny, and entertaining new musicals in years.”

I had a great time and left the show feeling elated and joyful. I'd describe the show as witty, endearing, and memorable. The puppets was a highlight of the show because they are used so creatively. If this were a movie, I'd rate it R. I would recommend this show to friends or couples but not to kids or famlies.

I saw this show because it won the Tony for Best Musical. I would see it again. I sat in the right orchestra area of the theater. The view was fantastic and the seats were comfortable.

This is one of my favorite shows, I've seen it three times and I would see it again. The set, lights, costumes and other production elements are simple, effective, and wonderful! The whole show is a delight from start to finish. It is an adult show, and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone under 16 years old, unless you are very open minded. Great fun for adults though!
